I took Darkroom Photography during my wintersession at RISD in 2019 and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made at RISD. I learned how to properly take pictures with my 35mm camera using and taking into consideration the aperture, shutter speed, and film ISO. I also learned how to develop my own film, from opening my film canister to developing it in the many chemicals to printing in the darkroom. Here are some images I took during this class as well as my final project.
